US special forces operators gather in the relative safety of a small, crumbling structure to plan their next move. This area is not secured, so an M60 is posted to keep watch while decisions are made. A member of the Afghan Army is present to assist in translating and as liason between the local population and special forces. The appearance of these operators suggests their isolation and length of time in the field...however, long whiskers and hair will, at times, help them to blend in, and in some ways alienate them a little less from the local peoples.
